It's been over a year since we've been able to be inside watching performances on stage and now that the provincial government is allowing that with vaccine passport stipulations, the newly opened Monarch Performing Arts Studio, owned by Mallary Davenport, has quickly jumped on the opportunity to show off its first production One Brief Shining Moment.
