Communication is an essential part of life. People have different ideas and beliefs. At times, it can be impossible to come to an agreement. Communication can bring forth positive change and new ideas. Communication can also lead to conflict that damages relationships at home or at work. This training helps adults improve their communication skills in a safe learning environment. In this program, we explore topics such as assertiveness, dealing with conflict and difficult people, anger, and so much more. Benefit from guest speakers. This 4-week training program starts Tuesday, October 12th (due to Monday’s statutory holiday) from 1pm to 3:30pm. From then on, the course runs Monday to Thursday. For more information or to register, call 613-932-7161. Seats are limited.
