Life With A Baby is holding a 50/50 raffle, closing on May 1st.  Help us help parents.   Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including depression and anxiety, affect 1 in 5 women. Life With A Baby focuses on preventing social isolation–a pivotal precursor to PMADs. We offer activities, events, workshops, support groups, counselling led by mental health professionals, and opportunities to build the village every parent needs to thrive. Your support helps us continue offering these vital services free or low cost to every parent who needs them. trellis.org/healthy-start-raffle  Ticket Bundles are available, 1 for $10, 5 for $20 and 50 for $50. 

Free Community Luncheons at Trinity-St. Andrew’s, 291 Plaunt Street South, Renfrew, 4th Tuesday of the month, at 11:30. Everyone is welcome to attend.

A full course luncheon event at the Arnprior Legion Hall on Wednesday, June 5th from 12-2pm. Choice of sandwiches Chicken Salad or Salmon. Dave Hurley will entertain. Tickets are $12 each available from our agency office until noon on Friday May 31st. All seniors or adults with disabilities are welcome.
