COVID-19 and Mental Health with CMHA Ottawa

Join Corry Comeau from the Ottawa branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association as he provides a general overview of mental health and mental illness in Canada, followed by a deeper dive into how the mental health of people in Ontario has been affected by COVID-19. Corry will also provide some tips for managing workplace stress and anxiety related to the pandemic, as well as some self-care pointers for parents and caregivers, and more. He'll close out the presentation with a brief question and answer period. There is no fee to attend this event, but advanced registration is required.
