Shelly Mousseau, Manager for the Homeless Program at Gateway Niagara joins Mike Balsom in studio to discuss homelessness in our region. Community members who are concerned about an individual or individuals who they have encountered that are homeless and unsheltered can call 2-1-1 to be connected with the NASO Team.
